Nursing Center of Excellence

Posted on December 18, 2017

The nurses at the Pacific Centre for Reproductive Medicine (PCRM) have been awarded the prestigious designation of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine’s Nursing Centre of Excellence Status.

This REI specialty certification requires that nurses commit 16 Continuing Medical Education hours and writing a final exam. In order to obtain this designation, at least 50% of our nurses need to have accomplished this. PCRM is well on its way to having 100% participation and completion by the end of 2018.

This speaks to PCRM’s commitment to education and training of their staff, which translates to having a higher standard of patient care. Our nurses are not only caring and compassionate, but are backed by solid education and knowledge of reproductive endocrinology.

It is our pleasure to inform you that PCRM is the only clinic in Canada with this designation.

Congratulations to our nurses for their commitment to excellence in providing our patients with the care they deserve.
